Description of Service

Bainisteoir is a sports team management application that allows coaches to manage team rosters, schedule events, track attendance, score matches, plan training sessions, and build lineups.

User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and managing your teams
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to sports team management
• Ensure you have appropriate consent before entering personal data of others, particularly minors, into the system

Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

• Store or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Bainisteoir. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
